Questions
What counts as one credit?
One credit is one AI action: a render, an AI edit, or a review analysis. Nothing else on the plan spends credits.
What happens if I run out of renders?
The editor keeps working and every design you already made stays available. You can buy a top-up pack of 12 or 30 credits, or move up a plan.
Do credits roll over?
No. Your monthly allowance resets on each refresh date. Top-up credits you bought are never taken away by a refresh, they simply sit on top of your allowance.
Does the Starter Pack plan include the ASO tools?
On yearly billing, yes: the Starter Pack yearly plan includes the ASO Report, Keyword Explorer, Rank Tracker and Rival Gaps. The monthly plan is screenshots only. Every Pro and Max plan includes them on both intervals.
How is Max different from Pro?
Same features. 250 renders a month instead of 100. Max is a single seat, not a team plan.
Can I switch or cancel?
Yes, from your account page. Moving up a plan takes effect straight away and is charged pro rata for the rest of your period. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep the plan you paid for until then. Cancelling keeps your plan running to the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you give refunds?
No. Payments are not refundable, including for unused time or unused credits. You can cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
