1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SnapMonk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SnapMonk provides tools to create app store screenshots for iOS and Android applications. The Service includes screenshot editing, template selection, and export functionality.
3. User Accounts
You may use the Service without an account for basic features. Creating an account allows you to save designs and access premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store and process that content to provide the Service to you.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' use of the Service
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-uploaded content) remain the property of SnapMonk. Templates and device frames are provided for use within the Service only.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapMonk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Billing, Cancellation and Refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and your plan keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not issue refunds or partial refunds for unused time or unused credits, including where you cancel early, downgrade, or stop using the Service.
Moving up a plan takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata for the remainder of your current period. Moving down a plan takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep the plan you have already paid for until then. No money is returned when you move down.
Monthly credit allowances reset on each refresh date and do not roll over. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under consumer law in your country that cannot be waived by agreement.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
